In compliance with federal regulations, Automotive Credit Corporation is providing you with this statement of our privacy policy.

We obtain the following kinds of information, called "nonpublic personal information," about you from the following sources:

  • Information received from you on applications, forms, or other correspondence, such as your name, address, social security number and income;
  • Information about your transactions with us or others, such as your account balance and payment history; and
  • Information we receive from consumer reporting agencies, motor vehicle dealers, credit references, employers, insurance companies and insurance agencies, such as your credit history, credit score, and information that we obtain to verify location information, employment or insurance coverage.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted or required by law.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to our employees and third parties who need to know that information in order to service your account. Additionally, we take other steps to safeguard your nonpublic personal information in a manner consistent with industry standards for similar sized companies.
